| Marshall was formerly the Business and Technology Development Director for The Boeing Company at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida but is currenly retired. He has held various program and general management positions with Boeing since 1965 and has been a member of the Alliance since May 1998. He represents the Space Sub-Sector.
