| Penny holds a Ph.D. in Physics and runs her own company, Radiation Technologies. Penny has an extensive background and interest in the education and training of Florida's young people for entry into our State's aviation and aerospace industry. She is one of the original members of the Alliance and has an excellent small business perspective. Penny represents the Space Sub-Sector.
